What We Do
Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program
The NEEM program is the longest running residential energy efficiency program of its kind in the nation. Beginning in 1988, there are over 200,000 certified houses built today, and the program has certified most of the country’s ENERGY STAR manufactured homes. Northwest Energy Works principals have been an integral part of the design, implementation, and program management of this heralded program since its inception.

eco-rated
The eco-rated engineered green home program is the result of twenty years of building science and a desire to maximize material use and construction process within the factory built building process. The principals of Northwest Energy Works developed the green building standards and initiated a systems process with the proven track record of real program delivery. Home building facilities with demonstrated waste reduction processes, recycling, and minimized release of VOCs can use the eco-rated label to let customers know of their commitment to environmental responsibility.
